Each week we grow our greens to order for the next weeks harvest to minimize waste and to get you the amount of greens you want.
We often grow a bit extra to have more than enough to fulfill last minute orders and to ensure we have the quantity you want.
If we do not, we will be happy to get you fresh greens the following weeks harvest (Saturday).
Typically, we ask you to order before monday morning so we can get you fresh greens the following week.
We seed your greens Monday/Tuesday for the following friday’s harvest.
For example, if you ordered on Sunday April 4th, your order will be ready for pick up on Saturday April 17th.
Our crops have 10 day rotations and are harvested within 24 hours prior of receiving them.
During checkout, in the comments section please write in when you would like to pick them up and we will get back to you to confirm your order !
